Two people, crossing paths during an ordinary season of life, until suddenly nothing felt ordinary at all.
There was an instant pull. The kind you don’t analyze — you just trust. And when Josclen left to join his father in the family business, instead of drifting apart, they moved closer. Without effort. Without resistance.
Somewhere between inside jokes and salsa dancing nights, they fell in love — quickly, naturally, and completely.
After one week (yes, one), Josclen asked Brittany to be his girlfriend. Not because it was bold — because it felt obvious. A week later, Brittany was dancing at a Krall family wedding like she’d always belonged. From that moment on, it felt less like joining a family and more like coming home.
A month in, they took a road trip to Nashville — the kind people warn you not to take so early. It was anything but quiet. Before they even left the country, they were in a three-car pileup on the QEW. Later came broken-down cars, unexpected detours, and moments that would have shaken less certain couples.
They just kept choosing each other.
On those long drives, they talked about everything — dreams, fears, family, and the life they imagined building together. By the time they made it home, they weren’t just dating. They were a team.
The past year has been about weaving their lives together — learning each other’s rhythms, building their own little family, and preparing, with love, humour, and countless dog walks, for the life ahead.
That journey led them to their engagement, and now to this day — a celebration of everything they've navigated, everything they've built, and everything still to come.
Thank you for being part of their story.
With love,
Brittany & Josclen
